Together we will work on our mind, body & nutrition by completing a set of challenges each week. I have collaborated with some industry experts to ensure you’ll be in safe hands at all times. This isn’t about trying to achieve a bikini body (although that would certainly be nice) this is about getting moving, kicking those bad habits for good and living a healthy lifestyle.
Registered Perth nutritionist, Sarah Moore Wellness will be assisting us to form healthy eating habits with current, relevant & scientific based research.

This wellness challenge is designed for women of all ages. I will be completing this challenge while pregnant but please ensure you always seek advice from your healthcare professional before undertaking a change in lifestyle or exercising post pregnancy.
