Together we will work on our mind, body & nutrition by completing a set of challenges each week. I have collaborated with some amazing experts in the industry to ensure you’ll be in safe hands at all times. This isn’t about trying to achieve a bikini body (although that would certainly be nice) this is about getting moving, kicking those bad habits for good and living a healthy lifestyle.
Registered Perth nutritionist, Sarah Moore Wellness will be assisting us to form healthy eating habits with current, relevant & scientific based research.
Fitness professionals will be granting us access to a new exercise session each week to keep things interesting and I’ll be guiding you through your soul journey as it’s important to take time for you.

This wellness challenge is designed for women of all ages. I will be completing this challenge while pregnant but please ensure you always seek advice from your healthcare professional before undertaking a change in lifestyle.
